1 room room of 10 m² in Trondheim

1 room is available from 15 Sept 2024 in a large shared apartment (large student collective apartment of 6 rooms). Both genders are welcome. The rooms are large and face the garden. They are newly renovated. It is close to everywhere: If you study Marine it is 3 min walk to NTNU Marine Tech, 15 walk to the main campus (Gløs), 4 minutes with bicycle/Voi, 2 min walk to buses that will take you everywhere, also Dragvoll (5 min). 25 minutes walk to the center of Trondheim. The other 4-5 students are cool boys, all study in Gløs. Both genders are welcome. Private entrance to the apartment, large garden. 2 Bathrooms, 2 toilets (so you never have to wait) large kitchen, large living room, laundry, fiber-optic internet (1000 Mbit). Really nice atmosphere! :-) The modern kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, large freezer among other things. In the spring/summer you can use the garden to BBQ, or simply eat outside among the woods and grass. there is a large bench and it is very cosy. 5500 kr including all electricity, warm water and internet.
