Hello:) I have one room in a renovated book collective for rent. About the apartment: The apartment is newly renovated with a bathroom, shared living room and kitchen, lots of sun and five rooms with a cozy and newly laid floor throughout the apartment. There is also a garden in the backyard, a large storage room in the basement and a bicycle garage. All have massive soundproof doors that can be locked with your own key and the apartment is built with good walls so that you are not bothered by noise from other rooms or common areas. There is a washing machine with dryer in the bathroom. The kitchen is new with all appliances and plenty of cupboard space. About the location: The apartment is very centrally located, it is only a 5-minute walk to Tøyen subway and 2 stops from Oslo S. Easy access to Coop and Grønland for a cheap and good selection of groceries. All are well equipped with cupboard space and a ceiling light that can be dimmed. System has a bed, large wardrobe, desk and chair. I am looking for tidy girls or boys who are between 18-50 years old and have the qualities needed to live in a housing collective and who agree that washing and cleaning the apartment will be something you do weekly. Internet is included in the rent, electricity is NOK 300 per month.
