1 room room of 10 m² in Oslo

We are two travel birds that leaving our rooms in a cosy three persons collective in Nydalen. We are leaving for travel south during the winter and will arrive back in spring. Our roommate Merche is staying in one of the rooms with her beautiful cat Guizmo. Both are originally from Spain and are fun and social. The home is on a old wooden building in Nydalen close to train,buss and subway. Its located nearby the forest and the river that leads to the city centre. The rent is 6000 :- per room and cost for electricity and internet will come additional. Rooms size is around 10-11 m2 There is one kitchen, bathroom, 2 toilets and living room in the basement. The rooms are with furnitures. We are looking for two people that can stay in our rooms from January - April. The dates can be discussed and it is different dates depending on witch room you want to stay in. People that is over 30 years old is preferred. Send us an e
