Huseier bor i første etasje, og det er egen inngang for bofelleskapet. Huset er totalrenovert i 2016 til 2018, To nye balkonger tilbyr en fantastisk utsiktsplass mot byen (øst) og en solrik uteplass mot sør. Alt innvendig er fullt møblert - høyt under taket, høy standard og superbredt bredbånd. Vi bor nært Ila/sentrum, og det er gangavstand til Kalvskinnet (HiST), NTNU Gløshaugen og St. Olavs hospital. Du sykler til Gløshaugen på ca. 12 minutter. (Dragvoll ER for langt unna - av hensyn til langsiktighet begrenser vi oss til nedslagsfeltet med sykkelavstand.). Vi har knapt med parkering, så du bør satse på apostlenes hester og/eller sykkel. Om ønskelig og når tilgjengelig kan en parkeringsplass leies for 500 kr/mnd. Det er dessuten kort avstand til turstier og skiløyper i Bymarka - bare 5 minutter å gå. Det beste av begge verdener!
