Entire apartment has heated tiles and includes a modern washing machine. Bedroom: A small bedroom painted in a grey colour, with windows and room for a 120 cm bed (the bed on the picture is included). The bedroom has a practical window frame that can be used as a shelf. Main room: The apartment has a modern open kitchen/living room solution, with storage space/closet behind the blue/yellow curtain. Heating in all floors. Kitchen area: The kitchen in the apartment is kept in white design with plain fronts and laminate worktop. Integrated appliances include a dishwasher, microwave, oven and stove. Surroundings: This property has a wonderful and quiet location in Plahteskogen, Høvik in Bærum municipality. You will live within walking distance to the sea, schools, kindergartens, grocery stores, Hennie Onstad art center, Veritas, public beaches etc. There is also a short walking distance to public transport (bus/train) that quickly takes you towards Oslo or Sandvika. About the owners: We are a family of four: Astrid (33 y/o), Sondre (35 y/o), Olav (2 y/o) and Emily (0 y/o) and we bought this house in 2024 located right next to where Astrid grew up.
