The apartment is available from April 1st 2023 onwards, until the end of the current lease, which is August 31st, 2023. There is an option to extend the lease, so if the other roommates are happy to continue, and so is the landlord, the lease can be extended (with a new contract). If you're interested, we will have to get approval from your future roommates and the landlord based on some information you provide.
