The apartment is fully furnished and equipped and comes with plants and art. It makes for a great collective for young professionals or a couple. It is extremely well located with Løkka, Sofienbergparken, and the botanical gardens within 5-7min walking distance. There are multiple supermarkets, a butcher, and an import-store right outside the house. You have access to multiple bus lines and two trick stops, Grønland Tbane takes 10min to reach by foot.
