1 room apartment of 16 m² in Bergen

Hi, I am looking for a university student in Bergen who can take over my apartment from December 2024. I am moving out and have the rental agreement until July 2025, so either I sublease to you or you take it over entirely. Handing over the key to you would be on the 5th, but you move in on the 6th This is a studio apartment located in a student's building at Løbergsveien 85, Bergen. Everything is included, a bed, kitchenette and a shower and toilet so you do not need to share anything with anyone. The building has an entertainment room with a big tv and some games. This is a relatively private and quiet area and you can live with a spouse, partner if you so wish, however, you have to inform Sammen about this. Laundry is available in the building at 23kr per wash, drying is free. If something is wrong with the apartment, you just place a message on minside and the caretaker responds quite fast. The apartment is 10min away from the city by scooter, less than 5 min by bus to Bergen Storsenter if you use buses on the reperbanen/minde side (down the hill), or 20 mins by the number 10 bus which leaves 3-4 times an hour and the bus stop is just seconds from the apartment. The apartment has some beautiful views, and løvstaken is right behind it so you can go up the trail to the top and back as much as possible for your exercises. Very safe place and with extra storage in the basement which you share with 3-4 other apartments. The rent for December will be entirely up to you should you choose to take up the apartment unfortunately, and we can discuss if you would like to move in earlier. If you respond before December, I have a few things in there that you might want to have, I could give them to you, some for free and some for a small fee -light stands, box freezer, storage stands in the bathroom and outside, microwave, bookshelves, oven with cook tops and so on. Rest assured the apartment has everything to be functional, these are just extras that I wanted and bought over the years. You can renew the apartment lease early in the year.
