Large room in Rosenhoff Available from February Room for rent is good size, recently repainted. Bed, couch and wardrobe has stayed there from last tenant. (Theoretically the is a balcony attached to the room, however there is no door to it :D) Apart from that in the apartment there is large living room, 2 refrigerators, freezer, dishwasher. The kitchen has plenty of space to cook (we like to cook). There is a communal laundry.It's 5 min walk to Kiwi and Joker. Bus and tram are 5 min to walk and about 7 min to the subway. 31 bus goes all night as well right by. Fresh Fitness and Sats is located a little further down on Sinsen about 10 min walking . Carl Berner plass is one stop away. There is huge park just across the road as well.There is two housemates with who you will share apartment a boy and girl in their late twenties. They are very friendly and helpful, it’s peaceful place to live without noisy parties . Rent is 6300 plus electricity/heating bills. Internet is included.
