FROGNER - Cozy room in shared apartment I will be moving out of a shared apartment in Frogner/Skøyen in March and I am looking for someone to take over my room. The apartment is very centrally located, within a few walking minutes to both trams and buses (bus: 20, 31,30 and tram: 13), you can also get to Skøyen train station in less than 10 minutes. There is a nice path along a river leading to Vigelandsparken, two minutes from the front door. SATS and Kiwi are within 10min walking distance. Also very close to Bygdoy. The apartment is large and bright, with a large private balcony that you only share with your roommates. There are two bathrooms, the smaller one includes a washing machine and dryer and is being used by one roommate. The bigger bathroom is for the other three roommates. There is also a fairly large storage room in the basement. The apartment has a good standard with a fairly new bathroom, toilet and kitchen, while the iron-shaped building itself is architect-designed from 1918. The apartment comes with most of the furniture pictured in the common areas. Room details: - Rent: 7196 NOK per month + electricity (on average 385 NOK per month, varies depending on consumption) + internet (~210 NOK per month) - furniture in the picture included (bed+mattress, table, closet) - also included: lamp, drawers under table, hangers, jewlery box, organizer, pillows, blanket, blackout blinds)There are one female and one male roommates in their twenties from different countries (French and Norwegian) living in the apartment, with possible new roommates in the fall as some are here on exchange.
