4 rooms apartment of 10m² in Oslo

FROGNER - Cosy room in shared apartment I will be moving out of a shared apartment in Frogner/Skøyen on September 1st and I am looking for someone to take over my room. ☺️The apartment is very centrally located, within a few walking minutes to both trams and buses (bus: 20, 31,30 and tram: 13), you can also get to Skøyen train station in less than 10 minutes. There is a nice path along a river leading to Vigelandsparken, two minutes from the front door. SATS and Kiwi are within 10min walking distance. Also very close to Bygdøy (15min from Paradisbukta with bus 30). The apartment is large and bright, with a large private balcony that you only share with your roommates. There are two bathrooms, the smaller one includes a washing machine and dryer and is attributed to the occupent of the room for rent. The bigger bathroom is for the other three flatmates. There is also a fairly large storage room in the basement. The apartment has a good standard with a fairly new bathroom, toilet and kitchen, while the iron-shaped building itself is architect-designed from 1918. The apartment comes with most of the furniture pictured in the common areas. Room details: - Rent: 7778 NOK per month + electricity (on average 385 NOK per month, varies depending on consumption) + internet (~210 NOK per month) - furniture in the picture included (bed+mattress, table, closet) - also included: shelf, hangers, blanket, pillows, soft blanket. The other roommates are 2 women in their twenties from different countries (Czech and Norwegian) and a man (Czech) living in the apartment. Looking for someone who is friendly, open minded and clean.
