City centre collective looking for a roommate! Renting out one room in queer collective.- Roommate needed asap (from now or 1.may)- Rent: 8363,8kr + electricity- 12 000kr deposit- Central oslo, 3 min to OsloMet- Five person collective (we are all in our 20s)- The apartment is furnished but the vacant room is empty (bed left from previous tenant, if wanted)- 1st floor, 154m², big kitchen, two floors, two bathrooms, balcony and fireplaces. -There's also several basement storerooms with available space. We share a huge calm backyard with our neighbours.- Bedroom is ca 10m², is free from 1.april (and has a working fireplace)We have a cat!- all expenses for the cat is divided between the roommates (cost varies per month, usually very cheap)- cat insurance is 76,6kr each, this is included in the rentLooking for a person that is kind and want to create a comfortable living environment.
