1 room apartment of 40m² in Trondheim

Beautiful room in new apartment I rent out one room on top floor apartment. High standard. Amazing views over the Trondheim fiord. Short distance to bus and both beach and forrest. The apartment has two bedrooms. Access to all the common areas but I will be using one of the rooms as a commuter place. That means that 3 days during the working week I will be sleeping there. My room is rather separated from the rest of the apartment, so you have good privacy and use of all the apartment.
