I'm renting out my dormitory at Hatleberg Student Housing with a private bathroom from to . The dormitory is located in block C1, which is the newest block at Hatleberg, renovated in 2018. Compared to other blocks, this block features a spacious, bright, and modern living room and kitchen shared with 6 other students. Additionally, the block has its own guest bathroom and storage room. The dormitory is 15 m2 with a decent view. It is furnished with a wardrobe, a mattress, desk, and chairs from IKEA. The dormitory has a separate tiled bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower, as well as access to the laundry room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, and I have my own kitchen utensils which are free to be used. The room also has access to its own Wi-Fi. Other tenants are not here during the summer, so you will have the whole area to yourself. Hatleberg is excellently located with nearby bus stops offering frequent departures to the city center. Moreover, it is only a 5-minute walk from NHH, Lehmkuhlhallen, and grocery stores such as SPAR and Rema 1000. The tenant must be able to provide documentation that they are a student and not have a valid contract with Sammen during the rental period.
