House is fully equipped with furniture in living room, kitchen stuff, etc. Only thing you need to bring is bedclothes. Perfect for forreign students. Location is closer to city center and NTNU than it looks. Bus stop is close and total travel time to NTNU inclusive walking from the house to the bus is appr 25 min.
