FROM JANUARY 2023 available room in a central location in Grünerløkka, Oslo. The grocery store is 1 minute away from the apartment, and the Botanical Garden is only 4 4-minute walk away. Grünerløkka has cozy cafés, restaurants, vintage shops, clothing shops, and everything you'd need. There are in total 3 bedrooms in the apartment as well as kitchen, living room and a bathroom with washing machine. Looking for someone willing to rent LONG TERM. Wi-Fi and electricity are not included in the rent price. Wifi is a monthly fee of 159kr per person, electricity varies depending on the season but goes from 30kr-500kr per person. The price would be 5800kr + wifi + electricity per month. Furniture follows along with the room, laundry bin, a bed, and a big closet. The most important is to have someone who wants a clean and tidy home and partakes in the cleaning list. We also want to be able to openly communicate about big or small things concerning the collective.
