1 room room of 7 m²

Hi! There will be one available room in our shared flat from May. Exciting! With the room you will also get four very nice flatmates, a big kitchen, a big living room and we even have a terrasse! The apartment is very (very very very) central but located so there is just about no noise from the city. We're all between 24-28 years old, and we are an international flat, so both Norwegian, English and other languages are spoken here. If that sounds interesting to you, here is your chance to join the crew, so if you are interested, let us know! One room will be available from the beginning of May, so the move-in date is flexible as long as the rent for May is paid in whole prior to moving in. The monthly rent does not include the bills, and the amount varies according to the seasons (since we use more heater in Winter). It is usually less than 1000kr per person. The room is located next to the hallway. It has cute wooden walls, (big hytte vibes) and is located by the apartment's front door. The photo above shows a previous layout of the room, so some furniture may be available but this can be arranged with the person moving out. Roomie #1 is a 27 year old English girl that studied Fine Art in London and is currently playing handball and working as a bartender here in Oslo. She likes to be social and spend time with friends and the other roomies in the apartment to have small parties/gatherings, but she also doesn't mind chilling out in her room. Roomie #2 is 25 year old Norwegian guy from Oslo. Easy going and happy to join you on a night out or just hang out at home. Works in film/tv, which guarantees a ton of recommendations for you! He also likes: photography, quiz, comic books, dogs, sneakers, beer and a good joke. roomie 3 is a 24 year old chill Norwegian gal who is finishing her master's in social anthropology this spring while working part time in social care. She's a busy girl but likes to have a chat in the kitchen and watch movies in our super cozy living room. She's also an aspiring yogi and loves to go for runs in the sun and dance on late weekend nights🌊 Roomie #4 is a mid-20s Italian guy who just recently moved to Norway. He works in a bar and enjoys cooking and socialising. Roomie #5 could be you! We are looking for someone who is a similar age to us (in their twenties), likes to be social and spend time with the rest of the kollektiv, but also doesn't mind spending time on their own. However, it is very important to us that you have lived with others before and understand how a kollektiv works. Viewings can be arranged after agreement.
