(For English see below) Moderne og romslig rekkehus på Ranheim. Huset er bygd i tre etasjer, hver etasje på ca. 50 kvm, med totalt 4 soverom, 2 bad og 3 balkonger. Det er tre soverom og ett bad i tredje etasje. Stuen (med arbeidsplass, TV-stue og spisestue) og kjøkkenet ligger i andre etasje. I første etasje er det ett bad/vaskerom og ett soverom. Huset ligger i et rolig nabolag med alt du trenger i nærheten. Det er 3 minutters gange til dagligvarebutikk, kafé, og treningssenter, 5 minutters gange til bussholdeplass og Ranheim jernbanestasjon, 2 minutters gange til fjorden, og 10 minutters gange langs fjorden til Hansbakkfjæra. Det er gratis parkering for to biler foran inngangen og det tar mindre enn 10 minutter å kjøre fra huset til Trondheim sentrum. Buss nr 1 går direkte til sentrum og det tar ca. 20 min. Er også direkte forbindelse til både Trondheim stasjon og flyplassen med tog (koster 43 kroner til og fra flyplassen!). Huset er ledig fra August for langtidsleie, men både innflyttingsdato og leieperioden kan diskuteres. Modern and spacious town house in Ranheim. The house has three floors, each floor about 50sqm, with totally 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 3 balconies. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom on the third floor. The living room (with work space, TV space, and dining area) and the kitchen are on the second floor. In the first floor there is another bathroom with the laundry and one bedroom. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with everything you need in the vicinity. There is a 3 minute walk to the grocery store, café, and training facilities, 5 minute walk to the bus stop and Ranheim train station, 2 minute walk to the fjord, and 10 minute walk along the fjord to Hansbakkfjæra beach. There is free parking for two cars in front of the entrance and it takes less than 10 minutes to drive from the house to Trondheim center. Bus number 1 goes directly to the center which takes around 20 min. There is also direct connection to both Trondheim train station and the airport by train (costs 43 NOK to and from the airport!). The house is available from August for long term rent, but both the start date and the period (long term or short term) can be discussed.
