25sqm room in large shared flat available for 1-2 months I am renting out my room for one to two months while I go away. Let me know how long you would like to stay, I can be a bit flexible.The room is very large, just over 25sqm, with a sitting area – sofa, armchair, coffee table; a double bed and bedside table; a desk; a wardrobe; and two large windows which get lots of morning sun. It's in a large, friendly shared flat, with four other tenants in their mid twenties - early thirties (a Catalan biochemist, a Norwegian anthropology student, a German robotics engineer, and a Polish 3D modeler – 3 guys and 1 girl). There is a big comfy sitting room, a kitchen with table, a south-west facing balcony, and one bathroom. The flat has lots of original features like fireplaces, high ceilings, ceiling roses, moulding, and panelling, and is in a very convenient location.Get in touch if you're looking for somewhere temporary to stay! Please tell us a little bit about yourself so we can see if you'd be a good fit for the house even though it is only short term. We are very sociable, and often hang out together in the common areas.
