1 room room of 10 m²

The apartment, which is in the middle of the city center, has three bedrooms From the beginning of August one of these rooms is available. The room is fully furnished with a bed, a desk, and a dresser. If you are here on exchange we can be helpfull with lending out bed-linens, towels, pillow etc. The apartment stretches over three floors. 1th floor: A tiny storage and front door hall. 2nd floor: Bathroom with washing machine and shower, kitchen, hallway, three bedrooms. 3nd floor: Livingroom with TV, reading spots, etc. We also have a shared backyard where you can lock up your bike, and a bigger storage room where you can leave your skiing equipment, etc. Internet is included in the rent, but electricity is not included in the rent and will be split on the three of us. Who are you? You enjoy living with other people, and you make an effort to make this home a home. You´re neat, open-minded, preferably a feminist, and you get along with different kinds of people, given the thought that all who live here from before are queer (lgbt). You have preferably worked or studied for a while and you have a stable income. We in general buy and cook food separately, but sometimes have shared foods and dinners. We all work together making this a more home-like apartment, but everyone also enjoys their alone-time! :) We Are looking for people staying for at least a year. But can be open for a shorter stay untill december. So who are we? Ina 33, studies a masters in Anthropology and use her spare time doing queer organization-work, Runa, 33, is a Painter apprentice and listens to true crime podcasts. We both love beer and feminism, going to concerts, trivia, and occasionally movie nights. We have a dog, Patti, 10, so it is important that you are not allergic. We have lived together in this apartment for over a decade, and have enjoyed living with people from around the world. We sometimes host parties, like 17.of may and birthdays, and sometimes have friends over. But mostly we do our social activities outside of the home, and the flat is a place of relaxation for everyone. Write a bit about your self, and why you think you are a good fit in our home ;) *We welcome all genders and you don't have to be a part of the LGBTQI-community to live with us, but you must respect that we are. * if you are looking for renting 6- months, feel free to write us if you are looking for a shorter or longer renting situation. the rent is due on the 1. of every month, so if you come later you still have to pay for the full month. We also are open to people staying for a year. We operative with 3.months notice period both ways, if not there is a agreed time for rent ( for example Aug-jan). * We are open to rent out the room without furniture if that is of interest.
