There are several bars, cafés, and little shops around the flat and food stores in every direction. The flat is just a 1-minute walk away from the river. Also, the next park is just around the corner. Your roomYou can see the free room in the picture. It is quite spacious (ca. m), and it is easy to fit in a 140m bed, table, closet, and some more personal belongings. The room has a big window facing Markveien. The landlord is very relaxed and you can hang pictures and shelves on the walls. It comes unfurnished, but if interested, I would leave the white commode, the closet, and the shelf on the wall for free behind.Your future roommatesThis is mostly a quiet collective without too many social interactions. People stay in their rooms most of the time, but from time to time there will be a common dinner. Most of the time, people are out during the day and home in the evenings. So, the flat is quiet during the days. Also, during the nights, we are mostly quiet. Having friends/partner over in your room is never a problem. Parties from time to time neither.The other roommates are between 25-37, and two men and one woman from Sweden and Norway (I was the only English-speaking person). Our flatAs you can see from the pictures, we share a kitchen/living room and one bathroom. We have a fully equipped kitchen. The walls were repainted in 2024, and a new kitchen oven and ventilation system were installed in 2024, too. In the bathroom, we have a washing machine. Most of the furniture in the common area belongs to me, and so there will be free space for you and your future roommates to create a new home. Deposit and contractsYou can either pay the deposit or can pay a deposit guarantee, which is a one-time fee of 14% of the original deposit.In addition to the monthly rent of 8.033 NOK, there is an additional 500 NOK for electricity.VisitingIf you are interested in seeing the place before moving in, you can come over on Friday, 12.12. Your future roommates you can also meet per video call at a later date.
