Hei! We are looking for a new flatmate for our cozy apartment in Moholt from February. There are three bedrooms, one on the first floor and two on the second. One on the first floor is up for rent. It is equipped with a bed (1,20m), a desk, cupboards and a shelf. The official size of the room is 6m2, because of the pitched roof. The actual floor area is larger. You will be sharing the apartment with Lenny (35, doctoral student) and George (27, 3D artist). Quite a social environment where we like to chat with each other and just be comfy. We basically have a fully equipped kitchen which you are welcome to use, so you don't really need to bring anything. Moholt is a student area located between the Gløshaugen and Dragvoll campuses (campi?). There are several bus lines within 7 minutes from the apartment, going to anywhere in Trondheim. 3-minute bus ride to Gløshaugen, 6 minutes to Dragvoll, and 10 minutes to the city center. The apartment is also located right beside the ski tracks going up to Estenstadmarke if there is enough snow. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
