All the rooms are equipped with heaters that warm up the rooms to comfortable temperature in 1 hr. The kitchen and bathroom are not recently renovated, but they are functional. The place is located in the working class area of Stavanger, close to Kilden center, with all the facilities nearby. The house is 3 km from the university-a nice walk through Sørmarka forest.
