1 room apartment of 11m² in Oslo

Cosy room in sunny 80m2 apartment, available for December only I'm renting out my room for the whole of December. The apartment is shared with one other person, my good friend Mateu (28) – a scientist from Barcelona, who likes to cook, read at home, and do lots of activities outside. We're looking for a calm, respectful, friendly person to take the room, and would like to know something about you and your interests so we can choose a person who would fit in well.The apartment is very bright and sunny, with a south facing corner living room with three windows looking over Sørli plass, a quiet square where people sit with their children by the fountain. The living room is very spacious, with plants, books, nice furniture and a cosy fireplace. The bedroom is relatively small, but has two wardrobes, a chest of drawers, a double bed and an armchair, and gets good morning light. There is a spacious kitchen and one bathroom.The apartment is very well located – just a few minutes walk from Tøyen t-bane, Tøyen torg with Rema 1000 and Kiwi, and the Botanical Gardens. 10 minutes walk away is Grønland with restaurants and great grocery stores.Get in touch with some info about you and we can arrange a viewing/meeting :)
